Have a power washing-related question? We have the answer. Check out these FAQs and give us a call today for more information!

  • What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Soft washing is a process that uses lower water pressure and detergents to remove growths safely and softly. Waterly, Co Power Washing uses higher pressure when necessary without damaging your home or the object we're washing.

  • How often should I have my house washed?

Our experts recommend every power or soft washing every one to two years to protect your home from stains setting in or damage that the growth of dirt and algae can cause on your home. According to EarthWeb, an estimated 70% of U.S. houses contain mold in some form. If you notice that your home is dirty or is showing signs of mold and mildew, it's better to have it washed as needed.

  • Will soft washing or power washing hurt my plants?

Our experience and our price reflects the ability to not damage your plants. We take all the precautions to prevent any plant damage when power and soft washing your home.

  • Can I pressure wash my roof?

No, but you can soft wash it. Pressure washing causes damage to roofing materials. With soft washing, there is lower water pressure to avoid any damage.

  • Do you need to be on my roof to wash my roof?

Most of the time we don't need to step foot on the roof during our washing process; all soft washing can be done from the ground or a ladder. If there is a reason that we need to get on the roof, we take precautions to make sure we're not damaging the roof.

  • How much does soft washing cost?

Pricing starts at $200 and the price is based on the size of the project, the extensiveness of the cleaning process, the turnaround time, and the expected hours it will take to complete. Call today for a detailed pricing quote on power and soft washing services.

  • Do you use my water for your washing services?

Yes, we do use your water for the power and soft washing process. We can do a typical house wash in two hours or less and arrive with water in our tanks, but any water needed on top of that will come from your water source.

  • Is there anything that I need to do before you arrive to wash my house?

Yes, please move any hanging decorations or things like plants that are hanging off the house. If we're power or soft washing things like a porch or deck, make sure furniture and decorations are removed.

  • What do you accept for payments of my house washing?

For our power and soft washing services we accept Venmo, cash, check, and credit card payments. Payment is due upon completion.

  • Why should you choose Waterly Co. Power Washing?

We are locally owned and operated, grew up in the area, and have been serving the area for over eight years. Three out of the last four years we have won best power washing service or runner-up in the county. When you need power or soft washing service you can rely on, turn to our expert team!
